由于企业间具体情况的不同,学习邯钢管理经验,原封不动照抄照搬显然是不行的。只有结合实际,态度端正,把握实质,方法对头,才能学有所得,学出成效。站在车间(分厂)的角度看,认真学习邯钢经验,提高水平,推进工作,是很有益处的,要克服“上面让咋学我就咋学”的消极态度,要消除“我这儿不是钢厂,邯钢做法学不了”的片面认识,拿出实际行动学习先进,搞好车间(分厂)各项工作。 建立现代企业制度,转换经营机制推动管理进步,从企业内部多数的现象来观
