目的:分析我国老年人健康领域社会工作存在的问题,为社会工作相关部门开展及改进社会工作提供依据。方法:通过系统的文献复习的方法收集我国老年人健康领域社会工作存在的问题,从内部和外部环境的视角将问题进行整理归纳。结果:外部环境存在的主要问题是相关配套措施不完善、政府对老年社会工作投入不足、社会对老年社会工作认同度不高、老年社会工作教育和理论体系不健全;内部环境存在的主要问题是社会工作者缺乏实务经验、服务对象对社会工作认知不足、工作内容缺乏专业性以及介入路径单一。结论:解决这些问题既需要政府加大对社会工作开展的各方面的支持,同时也需要社会组织不断完善自身建设。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the existing problems of social work in the field of geriatric health in our country and to provide the basis for the social departments concerned to carry out and improve social work. Methods: To collect the social problems existing in the field of geriatric health in our country through systematic review of the literature, and to organize the problems from the perspectives of internal and external environment. Results: The main problems existing in the external environment are the inadequate supporting measures, insufficient government social work for the elderly, low recognition of the social work for the elderly and unsound education and theoretical system for the elderly. The main problems in the internal environment are The lack of practical experience of social workers, clients lack of awareness of social work, the lack of professional content of the work and a single path of intervention. Conclusion: To solve these problems requires that the government should increase support for all aspects of social work and at the same time require social organizations to constantly improve themselves.
