当前,在中国经济正经历深度调整之际,出席第七届中国经济增长与周期国际高峰论坛的中外专家学者围绕“新发展阶段下的中国经济转型与政策选择”这一主题展开深入讨论,普遍认为,目前中国经济增速放缓是多种因素共同作用的结果。长期看,调整经济结构、转变经济增长方式、放慢经济增速势在必行。同时,还针对经济周期的成因、经济结构调整与城市化、中国能否跨越“中等收入陷阱”进行了探讨。
At present, as China’s economy is experiencing a profound degree of readjustment, both Chinese and foreign experts and scholars attending the 7th China International Forum on Economic Growth and Cycles have discussed in depth the theme of “China’s economic restructuring and policy choices under the new stage of development.” It is generally agreed that the current slowdown in China’s economic growth is the result of a combination of many factors. In the long run, it is imperative to readjust the economic structure, change the mode of economic growth and slow economic growth. At the same time, it also explores whether China can cross the “middle income trap” in light of the causes of economic cycles, economic restructuring and urbanization.
