1月26日国家经贸委发起“企业信息化工程”的启动大会已经过去3个月了.国内不少企业还真是打心眼儿里想搭上这列信息化的快车。可是眼瞅着“信息化”这三个字.感觉是说起来容易干起来难.更别提“电子商务”更是难以琢磨。究竟怎么个信息化法儿?实在有点儿无从下口,人事、库存、办公 OA.还是……?难定。不过。不论什么样的企业老板首先关心的还是要管好财务的这本帐。所以我倒认为,用友提出的“实现电子商务的第一步应该从财务管理起步”的观点值得借鉴。的确在国家启动“企业信息化工程”之后.一些发达地区的重点企业已经开展物资采购、产品营销、技术交易、人才培训等方面的电子商务探索。虽然企业应该走向信息化之路已成为大家的共识.但是企业如何实现全面信息化并没有一个现成的模式.由于对企业信息化的不同理解.企业信息化的道路并不平坦。正如 Oracle 中国公司总经理
