随着眼科显微手术的发展,原来用的棉棒或棉签吸血材料已不再适用,因在显微镜下经常可看到棉花纤维,影响手术的顺利进行,国外早已废弃,而用吸血海绵代替。当时国内尚属空缺,1980年后我科开始用明胶海绵作为术中的吸血、吸水物。证明效果良好。使用方法:取明胶海绵止血剂,塑料袋包装,每块可剪成8—10条(大小也可随意,但太大反而影响视野)备用。优点:①使用方便,不需另行消毒;②
