板环式传感器是电阻应变式称重传感器中采用较多的一种结构形式的传感器,该传感器结构简单、加工方便,被广泛用于各种称量系统中.但这种传感器存在一致命弱点,即传感器的方位误差较大,从而影响了它在高精度测力称重领域中的应用.国外对该传感器的方位误差也曾进行过一些研究,如日本工业技术院的东城琢良对板环式传感器的方位误差进行过研究,并利用交叉互补的方法对传感器的方位误差进行校正,取得一定的效果;另外意大利计量研究院的G.Barbato等也对板环式传感器的方位误差进行过研究分析,并提出通过控制贴片位置误差以减小传感器的方位误差.
