目的:检验血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(Soluble intercellular adhesion molecule- 1, sICAM-1),观察脑缺血患者血清中 sICAM-1的变化规律。方法:采用Dot blotting法检测脑缺血后不同时相、高危人群和健康人群血清中的浓度,结果进行方差分析。结果:脑缺血患者脑缺血8h血清中sICAM-1的浓度增高,脑缺血24h浓度达到高峰,持续15d仍处于高水平。高危人群血清中sICAM—1浓度亦增高。结论:急性脑缺血患者和高危人群血清中sICAM—1增高,sICAM—1和脑缺血性疾病的发生、发展关系密切,将为诊断脑缺血提供一个新的指标。
OBJECTIVE: To test the change of sICAM-1 in serum of patients with cerebral ischemia by Soluble Intercellular Adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1). Methods: Dot blotting method was used to detect the serum concentrations in different phases, high-risk groups and healthy people after cerebral ischemia, and the results were analyzed by ANOVA. Results: The concentration of sICAM-1 in the serum of cerebral ischemic patients increased at 8 h after cerebral ischemia, and peaked at 24 h after cerebral ischemia, which remained high at 15 d. Serum levels of sICAM-1 in high-risk groups also increased. CONCLUSIONS: Serum sICAM-1 is increased in patients with acute cerebral ischemia and in high-risk groups. The occurrence and development of sICAM-1 and cerebral ischemic disease are closely related and will provide a new index for the diagnosis of cerebral ischemia.
