近两年来,针对小微企业多、规模小,职工流动性大、队伍不稳定,劳资纠纷时有发生的特点,浙江省平湖市总工会以组织实施区域性工资集体协商作为突破口,在非公有制小微企业、劳动密集型企业集中的镇(街道)、村(社区)和工业园区建立区域性小微企业工资协商机制,收到了显著的效果。截至2014年底,平湖市签订区域性工资集体协商合同154份,覆盖企业2991家,覆盖职工71246人。区域性小微企业工资集体协商被全国总工会列入全国典型案例。
In the past two years, in light of the characteristics of small and micro enterprises, small scale, large staff mobility, unstable teams and frequent labor disputes, Zhejiang Pinghu Federation of Trade Unions implemented the regional wage collective bargaining as a breakthrough point, Small and micro-enterprises, towns (streets), villages (communities) and industrial parks with concentrated labor-intensive enterprises set up regional small and micro enterprise wage consultation mechanisms and received remarkable results. As of the end of 2014, Pinghu City signed 154 collective bargaining contracts for regional wages, covering 2991 enterprises and covering a total of 71246 employees.
