前牙由于所在的位置关系,容易遭受外力的撞击而折断。以往临床上对外伤性前牙折断常采用桩冠修复或拔牙后作义齿修复的方法。这些方法所需时间较长,操作工序较多。为了缩短治疗时问,减少工序,保存原冠,笔者从1980年6月至1982年6月对外伤性前牙折断10例采用了原冠再接的方法,经3个月至2年的临床观察,效果较好,现介绍如下。
