视网膜Müller细胞是一种特化的神经胶质细胞,其贯穿着整个视网膜,为神经元细胞提供营养、促进视网膜祖细胞向神经元分化[1]及保护光感受器细胞等[2]功能;同时也通过多种途径参与视网膜的病理生理过程[3]。因此,建立Müller细胞有效的体外培养体系,有利于进一步研究其在视网膜的生理活动及病理过程中所起的作用。目前国内外学者都在努力探寻体外稳定地培养大量单一Müller细胞的有效方法。现就Müller细胞的培养、分离、纯化、鉴定等方法的研究进展作一综述。

At present, domestic and foreign scholars are trying hard to explore an effective method of culturing a large number of single Müller cells in vitro stably. Now Müller cell culture, isolation, purification, identification and other methods of research are reviewed.
