2002年以前,土右旗农村公路一直在包头市倒数第一。全旗除了110国道、呼包高速公路(过境公路)以外,6条县级公路只有萨托公路1条黑色路面,尚欠工程款1400多万元。
Before 2002, Tuye Tuo rural roads have been the first to count. In addition to the National Highway 110 and the Hohhot Expressway (transit road), the entire county has only one black pavement on the Satuo Highway at the six county-level highways and owes more than 14 million yuan of construction funds.
