在减刑假释实际操作过程中,由于减刑假释制度的存在一些缺陷,给监狱刑罚执行工作带来一些负面的影响,容易导致腐败现象的产生。为了更好地做好减刑假释工作,完善减刑假释制度,保证监狱在减刑、假释工作中做到公平、公正、公开,保障监狱事业的顺利进行。为此,笔者谈谈一些浅薄的看法。
