建设生态城市是当下应对能源短缺和气候变化的重要方式之一。但是,目前中国生态城的发展尚处于探索阶段,其发展面临着众多风险。在文献分析和专家访谈的基础上,识别了10类风险,并提出了应对策略,为我国更好地推进可持续发展、开发生态城项目提供了建议和支持。
Building an eco-city is one of the most important ways to deal with energy shortage and climate change. However, at present, the development of eco-city in China is still under exploration and its development faces many risks. Based on the literature analysis and expert interviews, 10 types of risks were identified and their coping strategies were put forward, which provided suggestions and support for our country to better promote sustainable development and develop eco-city projects.
