本试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了核桃属种及品种的过氧化物酶、淀粉酶、酸性磷酸酶、酯酶、儿茶酚氧化酶。根据同工酶酶谱 供试有10个种和1个种间杂交种,其中10个种被分为三组(组的划分与地理分布有关)证实麻核桃是普通核桃与核桃楸的天然杂交种;采自国内不同地区的84个核桃品种(类型)间同工酶酶谱差异较小,而与保加利亚类型酶谱差异较大,这可能与地理起源不同有关;支持将普通核桃与新疆野核桃列为一种的观点。
In this experiment, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze peroxidase, amylase, acid phosphatase, esterase and catechol oxidase of walnut species and varieties. According to the isozyme zymogram there were 10 species and 1 interspecific hybrids, of which 10 species were divided into three groups (group division and geographical distribution) confirmed that walnut is a natural hybrid between common walnut and walnut The differences in zymogram of isozymes among 84 walnut cultivars (types) collected from different regions in China were minor, but the differences were quite different from those of Bulgaria, which may be related to different geographical origins. It supported that ordinary walnuts and Xinjiang Walnut as a point of view.
