项目规模和复杂度的增长,使软件生产的关注焦点从技术问题逐渐转向企业管理体系和管理过程,而基于渐进的过程改进尤为受到重视。现在业界最成熟的过程评估和改进方法是美国卡内基——梅隆大学的软件工程研究所提出的过程能力成熟度模型。现今,小团队总是缺乏有效的管理以至于质量和成本都不甚理想。为了提高质量和减少成本,急需改进开发流程。而利用CMM进行软件生产过程改进是其中一个十分重要的手段。本文通过对一个软件开发特殊环境下的分析(小团队),描述根据CMM对自身进行过程改进的可行措施。最后本文会通过在这类领域应用CMM实践给于建议,从而得到研究结论。
With the increase of project size and complexity, the focus of software production has gradually shifted from technical problems to enterprise management systems and management processes, and the gradual improvement of processes is particularly emphasized. Nowadays the most mature process evaluation and improvement in the industry is the process capability maturity model proposed by Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie-Mellon University. Today, small teams are often poorly managed so that quality and cost are less than ideal. In order to improve quality and reduce costs, there is an urgent need to improve the development process. The use of CMM software production process improvement is one of the very important means. In this paper, a software development under special circumstances analysis (small team), describes the CMM to improve the process of their own feasible measures. Finally, this article will be through the application of CMM practice in these areas to give advice, which led to the conclusion.
