目的:建立测定缩泉丸中尿囊素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,酰胺色谱柱(Venusil HILIC);流动相:乙腈-水(95∶5);检测波长:191nm;流速:1m L/min;柱温:30℃。结果:尿囊素在12.23~2446ng范围线性良好,r=0.9999;加样回收率为99.93%。结论:本方法稳定、可行,为缩泉丸质量标准提升奠定了基础。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Allantoin in Shouchuwan pill. Methods: HPLC method was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (95: 5). The detection wavelength was 191nm. The flow rate was 1m L / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Allantoin was linear in the range of 12.23 ~ 2446ng with r = 0.9999. The recovery rate was 99.93%. Conclusion: The method is stable and feasible, which lays the foundation for improving the quality standard of shrink spring pill.
