Lennert淋巴瘤是近十余年来始见于文献的一种非何杰金氏淋巴瘤。据不完全统计,国外报道已逾百例,国内也发现了30余例,但多系在回顾性调查中单纯依据形态学标准进行诊断的。经功能性诊断者,国内外累计亦不超过30例,而国内只有5例。我们于1984年上半年连续遇到两例,对其组织学、免疫学、组织化学等方面的观察,证实为T细胞来源。
Lennert lymphoma is a non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has been documented in the literature for more than a decade. According to incomplete statistics, more than 100 cases have been reported in foreign countries and more than 30 cases were found in China. However, most of them were diagnosed on the basis of morphological criteria in a retrospective survey. After functional diagnosis, no more than 30 cumulative cases at home and abroad, while only 5 cases in China. We met two consecutive cases in the first half of 1984 and observed their histology, immunology, histochemistry and other sources and confirmed them as T-cell sources.
