赵××女73岁住院号3077 右眼视物不清已4年。于1985年4月15日住院。既往史无特殊记载。检查:神智清,发育营养中等,脉搏70次/分,血压180/90mmHg:心肺检查未见异常改变。视力右光感,光定位不确,红绿色觉正常,左0.4,双眼睑、泪器正常,结膜无充血,右眼角膜透明欠佳。前房浅,虹膜色素颗粒状脱失,瞳孔直径5mm,对光反应消失。晶体核部呈灰白色混浊。眼压右5.5/3=24.38mmHg,7.5/5=25.81,左5.5/5=17.30mmHg。双眼底不能窥见。血色素78%,白血球4200,中性66%,淋巴34%,出凝血时间正常,血糖108,尿常规正常。诊断:双眼老年性
