在通州区住建委房管所廉租房管理部的这个大家庭里面,我总被温暖围绕着,有来自同事和领导关爱的温暖,有来自租户理解的温暖。在这里我获得了前进的动力,更为自己的职业生涯指明了方向。2012年,我有幸进入了北京市通州区住建委房管所,进入所里后我被分配到廉租房管理部门。通过之前的了解我知道廉租房的申请租户大多是社会上的困难群众。他们收入低,没有房,其中不乏残疾人和孤寡老人。进入廉租房管理部门的第一天我接触到的便是廉租房合同的续签工作,在同事们细心地帮助和教导下,我很快便进入了工作角色。
Living in the Tongzhou District Construction Management Housing Department of low-rent housing management department of this family, I am always surrounded by warmth, from the warmth of colleagues and leaders of care, warmth from the tenants understand. Here I got the motivation to move forward and pointed out the direction of my career. In 2012, I was fortunate to have entered the Housing Construction Management Office of Tongzhou District in Beijing. After entering the office, I was assigned to the management department of low-rent housing. Through the previous understanding I know that most of the tenants who apply for low-rent housing are the people in need in the community. They have low incomes and no housing, many of them disabled and lonely old people. The first day I entered the management of low-rent housing, what I came across was the renewal of the contract of low-rent housing. With the help and guidance of my colleagues, I quickly entered the job role.
