目的通过对我中心门诊药局2010年度退药情况的分析,找出原因提出改进措施,从而减少退药数量,保证药品质量。
Objective To analyze the withdrawal situation of our outpatient pharmacy in 2010, find out the reasons and propose improvement measures so as to reduce the amount of drug withdrawal and ensure the quality of drugs.
