目的:探讨凋亡蛋白抑制因子livin和半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶caspase-3在人唾液腺腺样囊性癌组织中的表达和意义,并分析livin与caspase-3介导的细胞凋亡的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学SP法检测livin与caspase-3在35例唾液腺腺样囊性癌组织和10例正常唾液腺组织中的表达情况。采用HMIAS-2000高清晰度彩色医学图文分析系统测定其平均光密度值。应用SPSS11.5软件包对结果进行统计学分析。结果:Livin在腺样囊性癌中的表达显著高于正常唾液腺组织,而caspase-3在正常唾液腺组织的表达显著高于腺样囊性癌(P<0.01);其表达与肿瘤的病理学类型、临床分期和转移显著相关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、发病年龄、肿瘤的部位和大小无关(P<0.05);Livin和caspase-3在腺样囊性癌中的表达呈显著负相关。结论:Livin和caspase-3的异常表达,可能在唾液腺腺样囊性癌的发生、发展及转移中发挥重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and significance of livin and caspase-3, a caspase-3 inhibitor of apoptosis protein, in human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between livin and caspase-3-mediated cell The relationship between apoptosis. Methods: The expressions of livin and caspase-3 in 35 cases of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and 10 cases of normal salivary gland were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The expression of Livin was correlated with tumor pathology Type, clinical stage and metastasis (P <0.05), but not with the gender, age of onset, location and size of the tumor (P <0.05). The expression of Livin and caspase-3 in adenoid cystic carcinoma was significantly Negative correlation. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of Livin and caspase-3 may play an important role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
