This article describes the cost of the first three years after the transplantation of cadaveric kidneys in the United States from 1991 to 1997. Tissue antigen between the donor and recipient for better compatibility and save money, the shorter the cold ischemia before transplantation, the less money, the higher the survival rate. Compatibility of national income distribution handled well, save costs, but because of long distances, the cost of cold ischemic time increase is better than the compatibility of the province saved more
