地方高校是80年代初期中心城市建立的一批以地方性、职业性为特色,工管文理多学科相结合的高等学校。10多年来,这批新兴的高校蓬勃发展,成为全国高等教育园地中的一支生力军,特别是在为地方建设培养人才和提供各种智力型服务方面作出了很大贡献。图书馆作为其中的一个子系统,主动适应地方社会经济发展,在信息服务方面发挥了积极作用。本文着重就新的历史条件下,地方高校图书馆如何加强自身服务能力,为地方提供高层次的科技文献信息服务进行探讨。
Local colleges and universities are a batch of colleges and universities established by central cities in the early 1980s that combine localities and occupations with multi-disciplines of work-management science. For more than 10 years, these emerging universities have flourished and become a new force in the field of higher education in the country. In particular, they have made great contributions to cultivating local talents and providing various intellectual services. Library as one of the subsystems, take the initiative to adapt to local social and economic development, played an active role in information services. This article focuses on the new historical conditions, how local libraries to enhance their own service capabilities, to provide local high-level scientific and technological information services to explore.
