目的了解我市常见放射诊疗项目医疗照射频率水平及其分布,为推进我市医疗照射防护最优化,提出合理化措施提供依据。方法设计统一调查表对南平市开展放射诊疗的所有单位开展放射诊疗的情况进行调查,统计、分析。结果南平市2013年照射频率为322.76人次/千人口,地区医疗照射频率:155.67~523.03人次/千人口;医疗照射地区构成比:4%~24%;医疗照射医院构成比:5%~65%,年均人次数:877.44~69 401.00;医疗照射诊断类型分布:7184~360 707人次,构成比:1%~36%。2011年-2013年医疗照射增长率分别为10.93%、13.67%。结论经济发达的县市医疗照射水平更高。二级以上医疗机构医疗照射的水平明显大于一级及其他医疗机构。医疗照射水平逐年递增,胸片和CT的医疗照射的比例最高,CT增长较快。
Objective To understand the frequency and distribution of medical radiation frequency of common radiation treatment projects in our city and provide the basis for rationalization of medical radiation protection and optimization in our city. Methodology The unified questionnaire was designed to conduct surveys, statistics and analyzes on the radiation diagnosis and treatment conducted by all the units conducting the radiotherapy in Nanping. Results In 2013, the frequency of illumination in Nanping City was 322.76 person-times per thousand population. The frequency of regional medical radiation was 155.67-523.03 person-times per thousand population. The proportion of medical exposure area was 4% -24%. The ratio of medical exposure to hospital was 5-65% , The average number of people each year: 877.44 ~ 69 401.00; The distribution of diagnostic types of medical radiation: 7184 ~ 360 707 passengers, the composition ratio: 1% ~ 36%. The growth rates of medical radiation from 2011 to 2013 were 10.93% and 13.67% respectively. Conclusion The level of medical exposure in economically developed counties and cities is even higher. The level of medical exposure of medical institutions above the second class is obviously greater than that of the first class and other medical institutions. The level of medical exposure is increasing year by year, with the highest proportion of medical exposure of chest radiograph and CT, and the rapid increase of CT.
