我院于1995年5月～12月间选择单独服用丙戊酸钠控释片（VPA－Na－CR）治疗小儿癫痛30例，并进行疗效观察及药物血浓度测定，探讨其剂量、有效血浓度及其不良反应。资料与方法一、病例选择我院神经科门诊选用经临床和脑电图确诊的癫癌患儿30例，均为单独服用VPA－Na－CR，男22例
