脊髓髓内星形细胞瘤占脊髓肿瘤的6％～8％,有关其病理诊断、生物学表现、预后因素和治疗结果资料报道较少。作者报告79例手术治疗后接受或未接受放疗的脊髓星形细胞瘤病例,其中男47例,女32例,根据手术切除的范围分为活检55例(70％),次全切除20例(25％),肉眼全切4例(5％)。术后肿瘤病检诊断结果为43例(54％)为纤维状细胞型,25例(32％)为弥漫性原纤维瘤,11例(14％)为“非特异性星形细胞瘤(type not otherwise specified)”。整组
Spinal intramedullary astrocytoma accounts for 6% to 8% of spinal cord tumors, the pathological diagnosis, biological manifestations, prognostic factors and treatment results reported less. The authors report 79 cases of spinal astrocytoma with or without radiotherapy after surgery, including 47 males and 32 females.
