患者王某,26岁,山东莒县人,住院号11053。因产后阴道内突出肿物一年余,于1984年9月25日入院。患者于1983年农历5月系足月妊娠第二胎在家分娩。因胎盘不下由按生婆用力牵拉脐带致肿物脱出于阴道口,胎盘附着其上,即用手剥下胎盘,当时出血较多而晕厥,逐将肿物推入阴道内,未加其他治疗。此后,阴道流血二十余天,—年来有性交后出血史。
