由于TA7钛合金热加工温度范围窄,加工工艺塑性差,锻造、轧制等加工环节易于开裂。为了减少其开裂,轧制采用三种方法:采用相对较低的轧制温度一火轧制爆炸复合纯钛板坯;采用高温短时加热,相变点以上温度开坯;冷轧改用350~400℃温轧。结果表明:上述方法可有效提高加工塑性,降低开裂风险,并获得了良好的组织性能。
Due to TA7 titanium alloy thermal processing temperature range narrow, plastic processing poor, forging, rolling and other processing parts easy to crack. In order to reduce the cracking, rolling using three methods: a relatively low rolling temperature of a fire rolling explosion of pure titanium slab; using high temperature short-time heating, the temperature above the transformation point of the blanks; cold-rolled to 350 ~ 400 ℃ warm rolling. The results show that the above method can effectively improve the plasticity of processing, reduce the risk of cracking and obtain good microstructure and properties.
