近年来,窒息对心血管系统的影响越来越引起人们的注意,但仍无特效的治疗方法,我院新生儿急救中心于1995年10月以来共收治新生儿窒息合并心肌损害73例,其中38例在常规治疗基础上加用生脉注射液,取得较好效果,报告如下.1 临床资料病例选择:诊断标准:①有重度窒息史,Apgar评分1分钟≤3分,5分钟≤5分.②有心肌损害的临床表现及体征:面色苍白或青紫,心音低钝,心动过速(>200次/分)或过缓(<100次/分),肝肿大.③心电图有缺血性改变,多导联ST-T波改变,早搏,异常Q波,Q-T间期延长.④心肌特性同功酶(CPK-MB)≥20U/L.共73例均为住院新生儿.随机分为两组.治疗组38例,男21例,女17例,平均胎龄 38.32±2.48周,体重 3002.26±29.66克,日龄 1.68± 0.37天;对照组35例,与治疗组新生儿性别、胎龄.体重和病情况程度均相近,具有可比性.
