本文采用模拟实验法对在四辊万能轧机孔型中轧制H型钢的腿高增长规律和腰部滑动规律进行了探讨,找出了影响腿高增长系数和滑动系数的主要因素,并分析了其影响的规律性及给出计算腿高增长系数和腰部滑动系数的回归方程。通过观察分析腰部产生波浪的规律性,找出了影响腰部波浪的因素;在此基础上寻求腰部无波浪的轧制变形条件和规律性。最后得出了保证腰部不产生波浪时计算腿和腰压下系数关系的回归方程。实验表明:腿和腰压下相等的H型钢孔型设计原则,在立辊被动的万能轧机上,不是获得优质产品的原则。
In this paper, the law of leg height growth and waist slip of H-section steel in four-roll universal mill pass is discussed by simulation experiment. The main factors that affect the growth coefficient and sliding coefficient of leg are found out. The regularity of influence and the regression equation for calculating the high growth coefficient of the leg and the sliding coefficient of the waist. By observing and analyzing the regularity of the wave generated in the waist, the factors affecting the wave in the waist were found out. On this basis, the conditions and regularities of the rolling deformation without wave in the waist were sought. Finally, the regression equation of calculating the relationship between the leg and lumbar pressure is obtained when the waists do not generate any wave. Experiments show that: leg and waist under the pressure equal to the H-type steel hole design principle, vertical roller passive universal mill, not the principle of access to quality products.
