近年来,随着我国民航事业的飞速发展,各个飞行院校招收并培养了一大批青年飞行员,并且很多青年飞行员已经成长为飞行骨干。青年飞行员的思想建设是保证飞行队伍思想稳定,保证飞行安全以及构建和谐民航的基本要求,因此在多元化文化背景下,怎样才能抓好飞行员的思想建设已经成为民航亟待解决的重大问题。本人笔者就如何加强青年飞行员的思想建设发表几点自己的看法。
In recent years, with the rapid development of civil aviation in our country, a large number of young pilots have been recruited and trained by various flight academies, and many young pilots have grown into flying cadres. Therefore, under the background of diversified culture, how to grasp the construction of pilots ideologically has become a major issue urgently needed to be solved by civil aviation. Therefore, the thinking of young pilots is the basic requirement for ensuring the flight team’s ideological stability, flight safety and building a harmonious civil aviation. My own author on how to strengthen the thinking of young pilots published their own views.
