本文建立了单橡胶支承拉丝机机头有阻尼时的振动位移方程和轴承动载计算公式。分析了机头的振动型态及支承结构参数对机头动力特性的影响。并提出了合理选择支承参数的基本观点。
In this paper, the vibration displacement equation and dynamic bearing formula of single-rubber bearing wire drawing machine with damping head are established. The influence of head vibration mode and supporting structure parameters on head dynamic characteristics is analyzed. And put forward the basic idea of choosing support parameters reasonably.
