目的分析平顶山市2013年-2015年麻疹疑似病例实验室检测结果,为麻疹的防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测麻疹、风疹Ig M抗体。结果 2013年-2015年共检测693例麻疹疑似病例,麻疹阳性率为58.88%。不同年龄组中,﹤8月龄组检出阳性数最高,占总麻疹阳性病例数的35.29%。发病高峰在2月-5月。免疫史不详的阳性病例数最高。除<8月龄组无免疫史外,各年龄组免疫史构成差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻疹发病的主要人群是无免疫史及不详者,提示基础免疫和强化免疫仍然是实现消除麻疹目标的优先策略,需长期执行。
Objective To analyze the laboratory results of measles suspected cases from 2013 to 2015 in Pingdingshan City and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of measles. Methods The measles and rubella Ig M antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results A total of 693 measles cases were detected in 2013-2015, with a positive rate of 58.88%. Among different age groups, the highest positive number was detected in <8 months old group, accounting for 35.29% of the total number of measles positive cases. The peak incidence in February-May. Unknown immunization history of the highest number of positive cases. In addition to <8 months of no history of immunization, immunological history of each age group differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The main population of measles cases is the history of non-immune and unknown, suggesting that basic and intensive immunization is still the priority strategy to achieve the goal of eliminating measles, long-term implementation is required.
