中国自行车协会第二届第二次常务理事会于1988年7月14至17日在山东文登召开。应出席会议的常务理事22名,实际出席20名(因公缺席2名)。山东省第一轻工业厅副厅长马洪顺、威海市经委主任王德山等有关领导出席了会议并讲了话。会议由中国自行车协会理事长李澄和同志主持,并在会上介绍了轻工业部机构改革情况,传达了部领导要继续搞好自行车协会
The 2nd Standing Committee of the 2nd China Bicycle Association was held in Wendeng, Shandong from July 14th to 17th, 1988. There should be 22 executive directors who should attend the meeting, and actually attend 20 (two due to absence from the public). Ma Hongshun, deputy director of the First Light Industry Department of Shandong Province and Wang Deshan, director of the Weihai Economic and Trade Commission, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Li Chenghe, chairman of the China Bicycle Association. At the meeting, the organization reform of the Ministry of Light Industry was introduced and the leaders of the ministry were advised to continue the bicycle association.
