胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其全球发病率在恶性肿瘤中排名第4位。我国是胃癌高发国家,全球每年新发胃癌病例中46.8%发生在我国。由于早期诊断率低,我国大部分胃癌病人就诊时已是中、晚期。根治性手术是治疗胃癌的主要手段,但除了T1期胃癌病人根治术后可有很长的生存时间外,即使接受D2根治手术,进展期胃癌病人仍有40%以上发生复发[1-2]。对于转移复发的病人,推荐姑息治疗。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies and its global incidence ranks fourth in malignant tumors. China is a country with high incidence of gastric cancer. 46.8% of new cases of gastric cancer worldwide occur each year in our country. Due to the low rate of early diagnosis, the majority of gastric cancer patients in our country are already in the middle and late stages of treatment. Radical surgery is the main means of treatment of gastric cancer, but in addition to T1 gastric cancer patients after radical surgery can have a long survival time, even undergoing D2 radical surgery, advanced gastric cancer patients still more than 40% of patients relapse [1-2] . For patients with metastatic relapse, palliative care is recommended.
