患者,男,22岁,因右上睑内侧被他人用刀刺伤2小时,于当地医院清创缝合后来诊。查体见内眦上方10 mm处有一长约15 mm横形伤口,已缝合,内眦内侧2mm处有一长约2mm的纵形裂口,未缝合,有血性液流出。泪点位置正常,冲洗泪道不通畅,探查见两伤口相通,泪管完整,泪囊自中部断裂。手术将硬膜外导管自下泪点沿泪小管导入泪囊远端,再自泪囊近端经鼻泪管上口导入鼻腔,间断缝合
