本文选取人正常和慢性炎症牙髓组织,分别用电子自旋共振波谱议(ESR),在-130℃条件下测定了其中天然自由基。实验测得g∥=2.0200,g⊥=2.015的自旋共振信号,结果证实此自由基为脂质过氧自由基,且在炎症牙髓中该自由基含量较正常牙髓中的含量有显著提高,提示脂质过氧自由基可能是诱发牙髓炎症的一个重要因素。
In this paper, normal and chronic inflammatory pulp tissues were selected and their natural free radicals were determined by electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR) at -130 ℃. The experiment measured the spin resonance signal with g∥ = 2.0200 and g⊥ = 2.015. The results confirmed that the radical was lipid peroxyl radical, and the content of free radicals in inflammatory pulp was significantly higher than that in normal pulp To improve and prompt lipid peroxidation may be an important factor in inducing pulp inflammation.
