我厂1985年开始采用沸腾炉渣作骨料,生产出质量好、成本低的水泥瓦,取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。一、沸腾炉渣水泥瓦的物理性能产品的检验按《吉Q/JC3-80水泥瓦质量企业标准》进行。(一)抗折强度:标准规定单片荷重≥60公斤。我厂沸腾炉渣水泥瓦≥70公斤。(二)吸水重量:标准规定,在净水中浸泡24小时后,一平方米屋面不超过65公斤。我厂沸腾炉渣水泥瓦吸水后,复盖一平方米屋面的重量为49.5公斤(单片吸水率<10%)。(三)抗冻试验:经15次(-15℃下冷冻3小时,取出,放入15℃水中触化3小时,为一次循环),无冻坏现象。
Our factory started to use boiling slag as aggregate in 1985 to produce cement tiles with good quality and low cost, and achieved certain economic and social benefits. First, the physical properties of boiling slag cement tile test products according to “Ki J / JC3-80 cement tile quality standards.” (a) Flexural strength: The standard stipulates that the single-sheet load ≥ 60 kg. I plant boiling slag cement tile ≥ 70 kg. (b) Absorption weight: The standard stipulates that after immersed in clean water for 24 hours, the roof of one square meter shall not exceed 65 kg. After the boiling slag cement tile of our factory absorbs water, the weight of one square meter of roof covering is 49.5 kg (single piece of water absorption is less than 10%). (3) Antifreeze test: After 15 times (freezing at -15°C for 3 hours, take out and put it in 15°C water for 3 hours for one cycle), there is no freezing phenomenon.
