Ⅰ、给大鼠注射凝血酶及对羧基苄胺复制弥漫性血管内凝血模型: 为研究去纤酶对弥漫性血管内凝血的影响,我们用冻干牛凝血酶及对羧基苄胺在大鼠身上复制成功了急性弥漫性血管内凝血模型,兹报导如下: 材料与方法 1、试剂: (1)冻干牛凝血酶:皖南医学院病理生理教研室DIC组提供,规格为100单位/瓶。 (2)对羧基苄胺(PAMBA),浙药(78),批号为790506。 2、方法:用杂种大鼠20只,体重170~390克,雄性,实验组与对照组各10只。仿Fritz法加以修改,以乌拉坦腹腔麻醉,剂量为1g/Kg体重。动物固定于手术台上,剿离一侧股静脉,于腹部皮下注射PAMBA,剂量为100mg/Kg体重,紧接着向股静脉内缓缓
I. Injection of thrombin into rats and replication of disseminated intravascular coagulation with p-Carboxybenzylamine: To study the effect of defibrase on disseminated intravascular coagulation, we used lyophilized bovine thrombin and p-carboxybenzylamine in rats. The model of acute diffuse intravascular coagulation was successfully reproduced. The materials and methods are as follows: 1. Reagents: (1) Freeze-dried bovine thrombin: Department of Pathophysiology, Wannan Medical College, DIC group, specifications are 100 units/bottle. (2) p-Carboxybenzylamine (PAMBA), Zhejiang Pharmaceutical (78), lot number 790506. 2. Methods: Twenty hybrid rats were used, weighing 170-390 grams, male, 10 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group. The Fritz method was modified to peritoneal anesthesia with urethane at a dose of 1 g/Kg body weight. The animal was fixed on the operating table and was defeated from one side of the femoral vein and injected subcutaneously into the abdomen with PAMBA at a dose of 100 mg/Kg body weight, followed by gentle progression into the femoral vein.
