目的:建立自动求算静脉注射一室模型药动学参数的计算机程序。方法:运用Excel VBA程序编制求算静脉注射一室模型药动学参数的计算代码,并应用文献数据实例计算验证。结果:应用本法处理文献数据,实际计算时间不足20 s,而所得结果与文献一致。结论:运用Excel VBA程序自动求算静脉注射一室模型药动学参数较简便、快速、精确。
Objective: To establish a computer program that automatically calculates the pharmacokinetic parameters of a venous injection intravenous model. Methods: Calculate the calculation code of pharmacokinetic parameters for intravenous injection of one-compartment model by using Excel VBA program, and verify the calculation by literature data. Results: The literature data was processed by this method, the actual calculation time was less than 20 seconds, and the result was consistent with the literature. Conclusion: It is simpler, faster and more accurate to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters of intravenous injection in one-compartment model automatically by Excel VBA program.
