轻型汽车粘接式制动蹄代替铆接式制动蹄的技术,具有节省材料,改善制动性能的优点,因此在外国广泛用于汽车上。为解决进口汽车制动器修理上的困难,并为国产汽车采用这一技术探索出一些经验,我们对粘接式制动蹄进行了研制工作。本文根据对一般粘接性能的试验方法及汽车制动器实际使用情况的分析,提出了一套轻型汽车制动蹄粘接性能的试验方法,并介绍了所研制的试验设备及试验情况。与外国产品的对比试验及实际装车使用情况证明,本文所提出的试验方法能够全面衡量制动蹄的粘接性能,所研制的制动蹄的粘接性能达到外国产品水平,满足安全可靠的使用要求。
The lightweight automotive adhesive brake shoe replaces rivet-style brake shoes, which has the advantages of saving materials and improving braking performance and is therefore widely used in automobiles abroad. In order to solve the difficulties of repairing the imported automobile brakes and to explore some experiences for the domestic automobile adopting this technology, we developed the bonded brake shoes. In this paper, based on the test method of common adhesive properties and the actual use of automobile brakes, a set of test methods for the adhesion properties of brake shoes for light duty vehicles are presented. The test equipment and test conditions are also introduced. Contrast test with foreign products and the actual use of load proved that the test method proposed in this paper can fully measure the adhesion properties of brake shoes, the developed brake shoes adhesive properties meet the level of foreign products to meet the safety and reliability Requirements.
