在本文中,对分别掺加减水剂和粉煤灰的骨架密实结构水泥稳定碎石以及同时掺加减水剂和粉煤灰的骨架密实结构水泥稳定碎石的易密性进行了研究。首先总结了目前国内评价材料易密性的指标,并在已有评价指标的基础上提出了新的评价水泥稳定碎石材料易密性的指标———最大干密度(振动击实试验)和振动成型时间(振动成型试验)。试验结果表明,掺加减水剂和粉煤灰都可以改善骨架密实结构水泥稳定碎石的易密性,复合掺加减水剂和粉煤灰时,对水泥稳定碎石易密性的改善效果更好。
In this paper, the dense structure of cement stabilized macadam reinforced with skeleton water-reducer and fly ash and the dense structure of cement-stabilized macadam reinforced with fly ash and fly ash were studied. Firstly, the current domestic indicators for evaluating the density of materials are summarized. Based on the existing evaluation indexes, a new index to evaluate the density of cement stabilized macadam materials, namely the maximum dry density (vibration compaction test) and Vibration molding time (vibration molding test). The test results show that both the superplasticizer and fly ash can improve the compaction of the solid structure of the cement stabilized macadam. When the composite superplasticizer and fly ash are added, the improvement effect on the compaction of the cement stabilized macadam is more it is good.
