目的:研究青藤碱抑制P-糖蛋白(P-glycoprotein,P-gp)对小肠吸收更昔洛韦的影响。方法:采用小肠翻转试验和离体小肠吸收试验考察青藤碱促进更昔洛韦的吸收。结果:小肠翻转试验结果表明,经不同浓度的青藤碱溶液孵育后,更昔洛韦由小肠黏膜侧到浆膜侧的转运量随青藤碱浓度的增加而增加;离体小肠吸收试验结果表明,经不同浓度的青藤碱溶液孵育后,更昔洛韦由小肠浆膜侧到黏膜侧的转运量随青藤碱浓度的增加而减少。结论:青藤碱为P-gp抑制剂,有利于促进更昔洛韦的吸收。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sinomenine on the intestinal absorption of ganciclovir by P-glycoprotein (P-gp). Methods: Intestinal turnover test and in vitro intestinal absorption test sinomenine to promote the absorption of ganciclovir. Results: The result of small intestine turnover test showed that ganciclovir transfered from mucosal side to serosal side increased with the concentration of sinomenine after incubated with different concentrations of sinomenine solution. The result of in vitro intestinal absorption test The results showed that ganciclovir decreased from the serosal side to the mucosal side of the small intestine after incubation with different concentrations of sinomenine solution. Conclusion: Sinomenine is a P-gp inhibitor, which can promote the absorption of ganciclovir.
