建立健全党内激励、关怀、帮扶机制,是党的十七大对全面推进新时期党的基层组织建设提出的一项新任务和新要求。去年以来,广西北流市认真贯彻落实党的十七大精神,创设党员服务中心,积极探索党内激励、关怀、帮扶机制实践途径,收到了良好的效果。同时,也得到了一些有益的启示。
Establishing and perfecting the mechanism for inner-party motivation, care and assistance is a new task and a new requirement put forward by the 17th CPC National Congress to comprehensively promote the party’s grass-roots organization construction in the new period. Since last year, Beiliu City, Guangxi Province, conscientiously implemented the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress, set up service centers for party members, and actively explored practical ways of encouraging, caring and helping the party within the party, and received good results. At the same time, it also got some helpful enlightenment.
