工程加固问题综合反映了工程设计、施工制造、使用情况及环境影响等复杂因素,涉及建筑结构设计、计算和构造以及建筑材料和构件的施工、制作和使用中的破损、腐蚀等各方面的问题。这里既有工程技术问题,又要考虑人的因素和环境影响,往往需要有效地综合有关专业知识,进行全面分析,才能妥善解决。本文以株钢炼钢车间为例,用系统工程学的概念和原则来分析解决工程加固问题,以求弄清工程事故的原因,并能准确、全面地求得解决问题的办法。
The problem of engineering reinforcement comprehensively reflects the complex factors such as engineering design, construction, manufacturing, use, and environmental impacts. It involves the design, calculation, and construction of building structures, as well as the problems of damage, corrosion, etc. in the construction, production, and use of building materials and components. . There are not only engineering and technical issues, but also human factors and environmental impact. It is often necessary to effectively synthesize relevant professional knowledge and conduct a comprehensive analysis before it can be properly resolved. In this paper, the steelmaking workshop of Zhuzhou Iron and Steel Company is taken as an example. The concept and principle of system engineering are used to analyze and solve the problem of engineering reinforcement in order to find out the cause of the engineering accident and to obtain an accurate and comprehensive solution to the problem.
