医院实行预约就诊时,面临着因患者失约而造成资源浪费的问题。综述了国内外学者对患者失约行为及其应对决策的研究。首先,针对患者失约行为,论述了其产生的原因及相关因素,指出可以采用预测模型和概率模型对其进行建模。然后,针对失约行为的应对决策,详细介绍了超额预定策略和即时预约策略的研究成果。最后,对该领域进行了总结并提出了几个亟待开展的研究方向。
The hospital faces an issue of wasting resources due to patients’ missed appointments when making appointments. Summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the behavior of patients with default and coping strategies. First of all, in view of patients’ abortive behavior, the causes and related factors of the abortion are discussed, and the predictive model and the probabilistic model can be used to model them. Then, in response to the decision-making of the default behavior, the research results of overbooking strategy and instant booking strategy are introduced in detail. Finally, the field is summarized and several research directions are urgently needed.
