采用宏电池腐蚀方法研究了在不同湿度条件下氧气扩散对高含氯混凝土中钢筋腐蚀速率的影响 ,得到在不同条件下钢筋腐蚀反应的控制因素。只要混凝土中毛细孔不是处于完全饱水状态 ,宏电池腐蚀反应即为混凝土电阻所控制。当试样长期处于饱水状态时 ,腐蚀反应速率为氧扩散所控制。在混凝土内部饱水程度变化时 ,控制因素的非稳态变化过程的长短由腐蚀宏电流的大小以及混凝土内部毛细孔中原有氧气总含量所决定
The effect of oxygen diffusion on the corrosion rate of steel bars in high-chlorine-containing concrete under different humidity conditions was investigated by the macro-cell corrosion method. The control factors of steel corrosion under different conditions were obtained. As long as the capillary in concrete is not in a fully saturated state, the macro cell corrosion response is controlled by the concrete resistance. When the sample is saturated with water for a long time, the corrosion reaction rate is controlled by oxygen diffusion. When the degree of saturated water inside the concrete changes, the length of the unsteady process of controlling factors is determined by the magnitude of the corrosion macro-current and the total content of oxygen in the pores inside the concrete
