采用问卷调查法 ,从体育教师对校长体育管理行为的期望与现状评价的角度 ,探讨不同类型学校、不同地区、不同体育行为的校长体育管理行为的现状及影响因素等问题。发现中学校长体育管理行为距体育教师的期望还有较大差距 ,体育教师对中学校长体育管理行为现状评价满意率最低的管理行为是 :“民主管理、信任下级”和“理解关心”。反映中学校长在“关心人”的行为方面最为欠缺。对此 ,笔者提出了改进的建议。
Questionnaire survey method is used to discuss the current situation and influencing factors of principals’ sports management behaviors of different types of schools, different regions and different sports behaviors from the perspective of physical education teachers’ expectations and current situation of the principal’s sports management behavior. It is found that there is still a big gap between the sports management behaviors of middle school principals and the expectations of physical education teachers. The management behavior of physical education teachers who have the lowest satisfaction rate for the evaluation of the current school principal sports management behavior is: “democratic management, subordinate trust” and “understand and care”. It reflects that the principals of the school are most deficient in the behavior of “caring for people”. In this regard, the author proposed improvements.
