我市某厂生产的螺旋板换热器,在出厂时没有标注介质流动方向的箭头,结果发生进汽与出水管错接问题,在通汽试验时发生了水击。螺旋板换热器属于Ⅱ类压力容器,它是利用一侧进汽,一侧进水来进行表面换热制造热水的。该设备本身在水平方向对称设有两个管座,一个为进汽,一个为出热水,由于设备本身上下左右都非常对称,若不加介质流动方向的箭头,就无法辨认那是进那是出。例如:
