富县地区是中石化天然气资源接替的主要阵地。在该地区钻井过程中,由于井壁失稳造成的井壁坍塌掉块、卡钻等钻井复杂事故频繁发生,严重影响了该地区钻井提速提效。因此,开展富县地区井壁稳定控制研究,加快该地区勘探开发进程至关重要。首先分析了该地区地质构造情况,找出了井壁失稳的原因,通过力学分析,建立了地层坍塌、破裂压力计算模型,确定了钻井液密度窗口,从而有效控制钻井过程中井壁稳定,保证了该地区钻井施工安全顺利进行。
Fuxian area is the main position of Sinopec’s replacement of natural gas resources. In the process of drilling in the area, the wellbore wall collapses due to the instability of the shaft wall, frequent accidents such as stuck pipe drilling and other drilling accidents have seriously affected the speed-raising and efficiency improvement of drilling in this area. Therefore, it is very important to carry out the study on stability control of borehole in Fu County and accelerate the exploration and development process in this area. Firstly, the geological structure in the area is analyzed and the cause of the instability of the borehole wall is found out. Through the mechanics analysis, a calculation model of formation collapse and fracture pressure is established, and the drilling fluid density window is determined so as to effectively control the borehole wall stability during drilling, Drilling construction in the area safely proceeded.
